Make iPhone Ringtones Using iTunes in Windows or Mac OS?
Wish to create iPhone Ringtones using iTunes? Creating Ringtones from mp3 to AAC has been made easy now.
Import a song you wish to make ring tone for. Right click on it and click on “get info”. In the option tab , choose the start and stop time for your ringtone. Try to keep the length lower than 35 seconds.

Now right-click on the song and select “Convert To AAC“.
Now right-click on the newly created AAC file and select “show in explorer”. Change the name (Rename) of the file with extension .m4r
For example if your song name is waka waka.aac, rename it to waka waka.m4r
That’s it! your ringtone is ready to be used in your iPhone. Now copy the song to your iPhone Using iTunes.

I have gone through the steps and even downloaded the new ITunes 10.2 and I don’t get the option to Convert to AAC, I only have Create Wave Version. HELP!!!!
