Google Adds Real-Time Traffic Analytics to Blogpot Blogs
I am sure every one is aware of Google Analytics Tool as an extremely powerful web analytics software which even provides access to all your previous data and the great thing about this tool is it is completely free. The only drawback with the software is that it processes the data slow i.e., the stats provided by Google Analytics are always late by a couple of hours. If there is a sudden increase/decrease of traffic to your site, you’ll only get to know about it after a few hours.
Anyways, there is some good news for the blogspot users.
Google has recently added real-time web analytics to Blogger and this facility is enabled for all blogs by default i.e., it requires no installation (adding analytics code). To access your stats, just visit the site “draft.blogger.com” instead of “blogger.com”.
The status you see in the blogger dashboard is completely same as that you see in your Google Analytics account and an interesting thing is that the stats in blogger are real-time. That means, you can analyze your traffic live as it comes.
May be in future, Google will be adding real-time tracking to Google Analytics too.
