Create Bootable USB Drive from ISO Using WintoFlash Software
What if your computer requires formatting as it is affected with virus and you don’t have a DVD writer or CD writer installed on your windows? Then purchasing a new DVD writer would be the only available option to you. But some motherboards (old versions) require drivers in order to make the DVD writer work. So the only option we have here is boot from a USB Flash drive or pen drive.
Now, how do you make a Bootable Flash drive?
For this task to be done, you need a Pen drive of minimum 4GB capacity or more for windows 7 and 2GB for windows XP. Also you need a CD/DVD copy of your required OS.
1.Format your Pen Drive in FAT format.

2.Download WintoFlash (free) and install it.
3.Open the installed “WintoFlash” program and enter the windows file path of where the ISO of Windows is located and in the second tab insert the address of the USB drive (see figure below)

4.Click on next to complete the set up.
That’s it! Your Flash Drive has become Boot-able now. Now you need to enable First boot priority (in BIOS) to Flash Drive and restart it.
Note that the installation of Windows OS into your Pen drive may take from few minutes to more depending on your Pen Drive Speed as well as the Speed of your Computer.

hi RUCHI,
if you want to get boot your windows xp by pen-drive, you must first change the BIOS booting option to usb drive in boot menu.
Press F12 or F2 to go boot menu while you starting your system.
Restart while you plugged in usb drive(which having bootable file) after change and saved BIOS settings.
Now system will prompt you to do.

now the bootable usb (os) that we create is just to install os to a netbook. it is not a genuine copy. but you can make it a genuine using activator. for example.. you make a bootable windows xp.. you will then need a windows xp activator. for vista, it will be windows vista activator and for win 7 it will be win 7 activator. or you can use windows loader. just search for it using google or yahoo.. install it and read the instructions.. i just made my windows vista genuine using windows loader. enjoy

Umm the download link takes me to a newer version of the program (I think) which looks nothing like the version you use, and seems to not have the option to make a bootable USB from an ISO file as your tutorial suggests…
Any tips??
